David Owen, Community Development VP
David is currently employed as the General Music Teacher at Fairfield Middle School. He and his wife, Krystal, have lived in Fairfield since 2003. David is currently working on his Masters of Music Education through the University of Northern Iowa. He has been a member of the Fairfield Jaycees for one year.
